Steven K. Ferguson LLC is not responsible for any delay in service delivery resulting from a client's failure to provide necessary onboarding assets.

2. Service Delivery & Fulfillment
Consultation Services:
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email confirmation to schedule your consultation session.
Advertising & Promotion Services:
Project timelines, deliverables, and launch schedules will be finalized and confirmed in writing with the client before the commencement of any promotional campaign.
5. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, ad copies, strategic farming reports, and consulting deliverables developed by Steven K. Ferguson LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.

All fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduling of consultations or the launch of advertising campaigns unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement.
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway providers. We do not store complete payment card credentials on our servers.
All transactions are processed and billed in USD ($).
6. Limitation of Liability
While we utilize industry-best practices in agriculture and digital marketing, business outcomes and agricultural yields are subject to external market, environmental, and operational conditions.
Therefore, Steven K. Ferguson LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific financial results, crop yields, or advertising return-on-investment (ROI).

💳 REFUND POLICY💳
At Steven K. Ferguson LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional farming consultation and business advertising services. Because our services involve personalized expert time and digital resource allocation, we enforce a transparent refund and cancellation policy.
1. Farming Consultation Bookings
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consulting session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge.
Cancellations: If you cancel your consultation appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session are non-refundable.

2. Business Advertising & Promotion Services
Onboarding Phase: A refund request may be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase, provided that no work, strategy formulation, or ad setup has commenced.
Work in Progress: Once custom strategy development, design work, or advertising setup has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, minus the cost of hours already worked.
Non-Refundable Phase: No refunds will be issued once an advertising campaign has been launched, or after customized promotional deliverables have been approved and delivered to the client.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (such as credit card or bank transfer). Processing times may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
